Our menu features a diverse selection of comfort food classics and globally inspired dishes, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. All made from scratch and with fresh ingredients. No GMO's, preservatives, added sugars or frozen ingredients, JUST REAL TASTY FOOD THAT HAPPENS TO BE GOOD FOR YOU!
2 Types of Menus
We offer two menus: the Cafe menu with Bowls, Flatbreads, and Tacos for Dine-In, Pick-Up, or Delivery, and Grab-N-Go Meals, prepackaged for convenient meal prep from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snack options, also available for Pick-Up and Delivery.
How often does your menu change?
Our Cafe menu does not change. Our Grab-N-Go menu is always evolving. Visit our websites for the latest updates!
How often do we restock?
Grab-N-Go Meals are restocked every Sunday. Pre-order is available from Wednesday to Saturday noon for Sunday pick-up or delivery.
How long does food stay fresh?
Refrigerate Grab-N-Go Meals for 5-7 days from date on containers or freeze for up to 30 days. Thaw for 24 hrs in the refrigerator before reheating for optimal taste. Containers are microwaveable. Heating instructions can be found on meal label.
Do you have pick up and/or delivery?
Absolutely! Order online for pick-up in-store Sunday thru Friday or for home delivery every Sunday. Please note home delivery orders need to be placed by Noon Saturday for Sunday delivery. You can also visit our stocked coolers all week long.
How far do you deliver?
Our Cafe Menu has a limited delivery radius, but Grab-N-Go meals are available for delivery every Sunday within a 55-mile radius, covering most of the KC Metro area. Enter your address to check delivery availability.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
We highly recommend that someone be home to receive delivery but it is not necessary. Our delivery service will notify you once delivery is in route and delivered. Our meals are packed in a thermal bag with enough ice packs to keep meals cool for maximum of 2 hours (this may vary depending on weather/temperatures). Please Note: ALL BAGS & ICE PACKS NEED TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS TO AVOID A $25 FEE.
Do I have to Subscribe for home delivery?
No subscription needed. Order anytime with a $50 minimum for delivery.
